The Leesville Mayor’s Women’s Commission recently presented their March 2023 Civic Awards for Beautification to two Leesville citizens. The residential winner was Don and Pat Bruce. The front of their home, located at 609 North 1st St., is dominated by large oaks with scattered flowers. The commercial winner was Companion Care, located at 407B North 5th St., and owned by Mark Wallace. The
