Leesville Mayor’s Women’s Commission presents August beautification awards

The Leesville Mayor’s Women’s Commission announced its selections for this month’s Beautification Awards.
The August award for a residential property was presented to Ryan and Susan Harris. The couple’s home at 1050 Westwood Drive caught the attention of the Women’s Commission for its yard filled with blooming flowers and a pink hibiscus. Women’s commission members also enjoyed the home’s yard decorations, including one with a soldier kneeling at the cross.
The award for commercial properties was presented to Brandon Veterinary Clinic. Located at 606 Nolan Trace, the business’ grounds are beautifully landscaped with a cluster of roses underneath their sign and several crepe myrtles scattered strategically around the property.
