The following menus for Feb. 26-March 1 for Vernon Parish schools have been submitted by supervisors of food services. Menus are subject to change.

Lunch

MONDAY: Hamburger, French fries, ranch-style beans, lettuce/tomato/pickle cup, orange wedges.

TUESDAY: Breaded fish sticks, oven potato rounds, coleslaw, hushpuppies, fruit.

WEDNESDAY: Salisbury steak with gravy, whole-grain rice, sweet peas, fruit, sherbert, whole-wheat roll.

THURSDAY: Chicken shoestrings, creamy mashed potatoes, seasoned green beans, mixed fruit, whole-wheat roll..

FRIDAY: Cheese nachos, corn on the cobb, ranch-style beans.

Breakfast

MONDAY: Oatmeal, buttered whole-grain toast, orange wedges.

TUESDAY: Breakfast burrito, chilled mixed fruit.

WEDNESDAY: Cinnamon roll, hash browns, pears.

THURSDAY: Whole-grain grits, sliced ham, fruit.

FRIDAY: Assorted cereal, buttered whole-grain toast, fruit.
