Vernon school lunch menus Oct. 23-27
The following menus for Oct. 23-27 for Vernon schools have been submitted by supervisors of food services. Menus are subject to change.
Lunch
MONDAY: Chicken shoestrings, mashed potatoes, gravy, seasoned green beans, mixed fruit, whole wheat roll.
TUESDAY: Spaghetti and meat sauce, toss salad cup, whole-wheat garlic bread, watermelon.
WEDNESDAY: Corndog, baked beans, oven-baked fries, mixed fruit.
THURSDAY: Chicken breast patty on a whole-wheat bun, potato tots, steamed broccoli, oatmeal raising cookie, apricots.
FRIDAY: Beef cheesy taco tater tots, Mexicana corn, taco salad cup, fruit, raisin bread.
Breakfast
MONDAY: Pancake sausage stick, pear halves.
TUESDAY: Assorted cereal, buttered whole-grain toast, cantaloupe.
WEDNESDAY: Breakfast wrap, fruit.
THURSDAY: Pancakes, sausage patty, fruit.
FRIDAY: Blueberry snackin waffles, cantaloupe.
