The primary election in Vernon Parish has been set for 7 a.m.-8 p.m. March 29.

Early voting will be 8:30 a.m.-6 p.m. March 15-22, excluding Sundays, at 301 E. Courthouse St. in Leesville.

Louisiana voters will vote on four proposed constitutional amendments March 29. The amendments address various topics, including specialty courts, tax rates and juvenile prosecution.
