Lunch

MONDAY: Ham and cheese sandwich, oven fries, ranch-style beans, cantaloupe.

TUESDAY: Turkey roast, gravy, mashed potatoes, peas and carrots, whole-wheat roll.

WEDNESDAY: Taco salad, Mexicana corn, taco salad cup, fruit, raising bread.

THURSDAY: Chicken and sausage gumbo, steamed rice, potato salad, seasoned green beans, peach crunch, crackers.

FRIDAY: Chili hot dog with whole-wheat bun, French fries, ranch-style beans, watermelon, coleslaw.

Breakfast

MONDAY: Assorted cereal, buttered whole-grain toast, pineapple tidbits.

TUESDAY: Whole-grain grits, sliced ham, fruit.

WEDNESDAY: Assorted cereal, cinnamon graham cracker, fruit.

THURSDAY: Apple cinnamon whole-grain muffin, apple wedges.

FRIDAY: Pancake and sausage on a stick, pear halves.
