Leesville High School receives mailbox from BJACH

Leesville High School received a special visit from Bayne-Jones Army Community Hospital (BJACH). 

BJACH released the following message in regards to the visit:

"Lt. Col. Brian Bolton, chief of nursing operations at Bayne-Jones Army Community Hospital donated a mailbox he refurbished to Leesville High School today. Mark Muwae, principal, said the mailbox will serve as a suggestion box for military connected students and the Student To Student (S2S) sponsorship program. LHS has the largest population of military connected students in Vernon Parish for grades 9-12."

Established in 2004, Student 2 Student® (S2S™) is a program for high school students that seeks to that bring military and civilian students together. The goals of the program are to welcome new students, create a positive environment, support academic excellence, and ease transitions.
