It was a special day for Bayne-Jones Army Community Hospital (BJACH). On Dec. 10 BJACH held a special ribbon cutting ceremony for the Well Women Clinic. The clinic was recently renovated and optimized to ensure state of the art treatment, and top notch care for Fort Polk soldiers and their families. 

BJACH issued the following statement about the ribbon cutting on their official Facebook Page:

"Brig. Gen. Wendy Harter, Commander of the Regional Health Command-Central and Brig. Gen. David Doyle, Commander of the Joint Readiness Training Center and Fort Polk joined the BJACH Commander and Well Women Clinic staff for a ribbon cutting ceremony on Dec. 10. BJACH of the future includes the modernization of facilities to ensure exceptional care for Soldiers and their Families. Opening this newly renovated women's health clinic is another way to improve the health care experiences and the medical outcomes of our patients – ensuring readiness both at home and abroad."

BJACH is a staple of the Fort Polk community, and has been for decades. Over the years BJACH has been recognized for it's consistent customer satisfaction, receiving several awards.
