Dr. George L. Thomas passed on October 9, 2017. Services, were held October 14, 2017 at Wesley UMC, Mansfield, LA.

He is survived by six children; Georgia, William (Linda), Rose (Ron), Illya (Renee), Myron
(Chaquita) and Tara; four siblings Samuel, Jeremiah, Addie and Ocie, Jr.; grandchildren, great grandchildren, cousins, nieces and nephews.
