Funeral services for Retired CSM Wiley Mal Clark,
76, of Leesville will be held Wednesday, May 4, 2016 at 10 AM in Hixson Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Edgar Evans officiating. Interment will follow in Central Louisiana Veterans Cemetery.
Retired CSM Wiley Mal Clark, of Leesville,
passed away on Friday, April 29, 2016 at Ochsner Medical Center in New Orleans.
Mr. Clark was born on August 5, 1939 in Collins, Miss. to L.O. Clark, Sr. and Gracie Clark, where he was raised. Mr. Clark proudly served his country; he was
a veteran of the Vietnam War. The Military was his life, and he loved being with Soldiers as well as his military family Thuy Berry and Michelle.
Mr. Clark was a true man of honor and he lived his life with great dignity and honor. After
his retirement from the Army he worked with the Federal Civil Service in Land Management. Mr. Clark was a member of Cooper Baptist Church.
He loved his family and will be missed by all who were blessed to know him.
Mr. Clark
was preceded in death by his parents, L.O. Clark, Sr. and Gracie Clark; sister, Ruthie
Hilenski.
Those left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 57 years, Martha Clark; daughters,
Renee Clark Brandlin,
Maria Bass and husband, Larry, Erica Ancar and husband, Keith, Rebecca
Bolshazy and husband, Michael; brother, L.O. Clark, Jr. and wife, Suzy; sisters, Patsy Butler,
Ginger Trahan, and Debbie Walton; eight grandchildren and
six great-grandchildren.
