Funeral services for Joseph Frank Hughes, 72, of Leesville will be held Friday, April 29, 2016, at 1 pm at the Labby Memorial Chapel in Leesville, with Rev. Roderick Jackson officiating. Burial will follow in the Elijah Memorial Cemetery,
under the direction of Labby Memorial Funeral Home of Leesville.
Visitation will be Thursday, April 28th from 4 pm until time of service at the funeral home.
Joseph, the son of Joseph Jason and Mary Brooks Hughes, was born on
October 1, 1943, in Oakdale. He passed away on Tuesday, April 26, 2016, at his residence.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Francis Hughes and sister, Tommie Lee Davis.
He is survived by his wife, Katrina
Hughes of Leesville; children, Francine & Richard Dougherty of Anacoco, Maxine & Curtis Wilson of Leesville, Buddy Hughes of Leesville, Cynthia Welch of Mansfield and Lisa Welch of Leesville; sister, Earline Ray & Don of Sulphur;
grandchildren, Paige, Kylee, Sophia, Lyliah, Amber, Aaron, Michael, Michelle, Chance, Christopher & Renae and great-grandchildren, Kayden, Hunter, Parker, Nehemiah, Brooklyn, Makinzi, Landon, Shawn, Arain, Ashlyne, Breiona and Nicholas.
