Services will be held for Patricia “Pat” June
Michalk Hamby, 65, on Saturday, Nov. 8 at 2 p.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, U.S. 171 North, Leesville with Bishop Paul Horlacher officiating.
Visitation will be the day of the service beginning at 10 a.m. until
service time. Her body will be cremated and remains buried at a later date.
Ms. Hamby was born on June 11, 1949 in Alliance, Ohio and passed away Nov. 5 in Leesville. She was a homemaker and had lived in Leesville since 1974. Her greatest
love were her children and grandchildren. There are many people who called her “Mom”. She was member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Marilyn Michalk; daughter,
Searria Lynn Hamby; granddaughter, Samantha Boles; and brother, Robert Bruce Michalk.
She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Frank James Hamby of Leesville; son, Frank James Hamby II of Leesville; daughter; Debbie Lee Farley (Sonny
James) of Mandan, North Dakota; brother; Jeffery Scott Michalk of Leesville; sisters, Barbra Ellen Walls of Hornbeck, Heather Warner of Anacoco, Tammi Shisler of Rockwall, Texas, Lori Doucet, St. George, Utah and Penny Johnson of Cedar City, Utah;
and grandchildren, Robbie, Jamie, Hope, Anakin, PJ, Jessica and Kristy.
