Funeral services for Cedric Wilson, 59, of New
Llano will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 8 at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in Leesville with Rev. Joseph Garner officiating.
Burial will be held on Monday, Nov. 10 at 2 p.m. at the Central Louisiana Veterans Cemetery under the
direction of Labby Memorial Funeral Home of Leesville.
Cedric, the son of Calvin and Cora Wilson, was born July 11, 1955 in Leesville. He passed away on Sunday, Nov. 2 in Houston, Texas.
He is survived by his wife, Collar Wilson
of New Llano; sons, Cedric Wilson, Jr., of Fort Benning, Georgia and Christopher Wilson of Charleston, South Carolina; brothers, Carlton Wilson of Leesville and Carlos Wilson of Grambling; sisters, Cassandra Wilson and Castine Porche, both of New
Llano; and five grandchildren.
