Elsa Ezell

Elsa Ezell passed away in her sleep at the age of
95, just one month shy of her 96th birthday, on Friday, Oct. 10.
She was born on Nov. 19, 1918 in Czechoslovakia, the daughter of Oskar and Theresia Mueller. She received her United States citizenship in November of 1961. Elsa had been a
resident of the Woodland Healthcare Center for the past two years.
She was an accomplished seamstress for many years; she was also a proud member and officer in the Ver-Beau African Violet Club, where she made many friends. She was
preceded in death by her husband, Marvin “Jack” Ezell, and her parents.
Her family, sons and daughter-in-law Pat and Dina Ezell and Steve and Denise Ezell, grandchildren Eric, Blake, Austin, Steve, Summer and Kimberly, great-grandchildren
sister, Susanna Lemke, niece, great-niece and great-nephews will all miss her dearly.
Graveside services will be on Sunday, Oct. 12 at 10 a.m. at the Forest Lawn Cemetery in Leesville. Friends may call from 9-9:45 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 12 in
the funeral home. Services are under the direction of the Labby Memorial Funeral Home in Leesville.
