Funeral services for Aline Parker, 79, of
Leesville will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, March 10, 2014, at Pine Hill Baptist Church in Leesville with Rev. Tri Evans officiating. Burial will follow in the Pine Hill Cemetery, under the direction of Labby Memorial Funeral Home of Leesville.
Visitation will be held Saturday, March 8 from 2-9 p.m. at Labby Memorial Funeral Home in Leesville, Sunday, March 9 from 2-9 p.m., and on Monday, March 10 from 9 a.m. until time of service at the church.
Aline, the daughter of Elzie
and Lucy Brister Jones, was born Dec. 15, 1934, in Leesville. She passed away Thursday, March 6, 2014, in Leesville. She was a member of Pine Hill Baptist Church for over 50 years.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother,
Willie Jones.
She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Marvin Parker of Leesville; her sons, Paul Edward Parker and Danny Lynn Parker, both of Leesville; and her sister, Louise Irey of Rospine.
