Funeral services for Yon Chu Warren, 81, of New
Llano will be held at 11 a.m. on Dec. 30 at the Labby Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Leesville. Burial will follow in the Central Louisiana Veterans Cemetery, under the direction of Labby Memorial Funeral Home of Leesville.
Visitation
will be held from 3-7 p.m. on Dec. 29, and will continue from 8 a.m. until the time of services on Dec. 30 in the chapel.
Yon, the daughter of Sun Lo Kim and Un Nyo Yi was born March 25, 1932, in Seoul, Korea. She passed away Dec. 18,
2013, in Alexandria.
Mrs. Warren was a loving person and friend. She loved to cook and loved the members of the Korean Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband of over 50 years, William P. “Bill” Warren of New Llano;
brother, Yon Bong Kim of California; sisters, Yon Cha Kim and Yon Ae Yoon, both of California; and numerous nephews, nieces and other family and friends.
