Funeral services for Pamela Renee Chaney, 51, of
Leesville will be held at 1 p.m. on Dec. 1 in the Labby Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Leesville, with Rev. Louis Magee officiating. Burial will follow in the Hicks Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 4-9 p.m. on Nov. 30, and from 9
a.m. until the time of services on Dec. 1, in the chapel.
Pamela the daughter of Lamar and Charlene Lewis Chaney, was born March 25, 1962 in Pineville. She passed away on Nov. 27, 2013 in Alexandria.
Pamela had worked for many
years in Atlanta, and had moved to Leesville a year and a half ago to be closer to her family. She was an avid collector, and loved gardening, watching sci-fi movies and reading. Her favorite pastime was being surrounded by her loving family.
She was preceded in death by her father, Lamar Chaney; and her grandparents, Charlie and Lucille Lewis, and Lander and Berta Chaney.
Pamela is survived by her mother, Charlene Chaney of Leesville; her sister, Vickie Chaney Corley and
husband Don of Leesville; two brothers, Terry Lynn Chaney and wife Linda of Irving, Texas, and David Lamar Chaney of Leesville; and two nephews, Brant Lamar Chaney of Ragley, and Casey Chaney of Irving, Texas.
