Anthony C. Munley III, 67, past from this life on Sept. 3, 2013 in his home. Services will be held at 10 a.m. on Sept. 6 at the First United Pentecostal Church in Leesville. Visitation was held from 5-9 p.m. on Sept. 5 at the First United
Pentecostal Church in Leesville.
Anthony was born on May 12, 1946, in Canton, Ohio to Anthony C. Munley, Jr. and Margaret Pachmayer. He graduated in 1964 from McKinley High School in Canton, Ohio. He joined the military on Feb. 16, 1971.
For 21 years he served as a helicopter mechanic. He was a Vietnam War Vet. He retired on April 30, 1992. In retirement, he enjoyed classic cars and working at the family business, M&S repair. He was a faithful member of the First United
Pentecostal Church of Leesville.
He is survived by his devoted wife of 37 years, Janett Munley; three sons, Robert Adkins and daughter-in-law Amber, Anthony C. Munley IV and daughter-in-law Bree, and Brad Munley and daughter-in-law Wendy;
two daughters, Annette Thompson and Angie Trascik; 10 grandchildren, Damon, Issiah, Nyla, Anthony V, Rebecca, Adam, Lili, Shelby, Aaron and Tricia; one great-grandchild, Mathew; mother, Margaret Munley of Houston; one sister, Donna Robinson of
Houston; and nieces and nephews, Jennifer Robinson and Michael Robinson.
