Funeral services for Linda Joyce Griskelis, 60, of Logansport will be held
at 10 a.m. on Jan. 25 at The Church House at Hicks with Rev. Lorraine Smith officiating and Joy Wiggins speaking. Burial will follow in the Comrade Cemetery, under the direction of Labby Memorial Funeral Home of Leesville.
Visitation will
be held from 5-9 p.m. on Jan. 24, and from 8 a.m. until the time of services on Jan. 25, all at the church.
Linda, the daughter of Furman and Joy Faye Dean Lynch, was born May 13, 1952, in Leesville. She passed away Jan. 22, 2013 at her
residence in Logansport.
Linda was an independent contractor for North American Van Line for 18 years. She was an avid gardener and loved working in her yard. Her grandchildren were the light of her life. She was preceded in death by her
parents.
Linda is survived by her husband of 27 years, Kris Griskelis of Logansport; daughter, Tracy and her husband Jeremy Bourgeois of Gonzales; sister, Jo Ann and her husband Vernell Hillman of Hutton; grandchildren, Jaiden and Jobe
Bourgeois; her favorite niece, Joy Wiggins; aunt, Marie McCallum in Logansport and uncle, Wilson Lynch in Prairieville.
