Funeral services for John Charles Mills, 43, of Anacoco will be held at 2
p.m. on Dec. 15 at Cold Springs Baptist Church with Rev. Wade Carroll officiating. Burial will follow in the Cold Springs Cemetery, under the direction of Labby Memorial Funeral Home of Leesville.
Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 9
p.m. on Dec. 14, and from 10 a.m. until the time of services at the church.
John, the son of Jimmie and Ester Griffey Mills, was born June 15, 1969, in Fort Polk. He passed away on Dec. 12, 2012, in Sulphur.
He was preceded in
death by his parents and brothers, Tony Mills and Richard Mills.
John loved to play video and computer games, watch wrestling and NASCAR racing, and spend time with his best friend Cecil.
He is survived by his brothers, Billy
and wife Sandy Mills, James and wife Shannon Mills, and Donnie and wife Kristin Mills, all of Anacoco; sister, Barbi and husband, DeWayne Rains of Anacoco; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
