George Wayne Carter, 54, of Beaumont, died on Nov. 30, 2012. He was born on
April 19, 1958, in Many to Alice Brown Carter and Isaac Clyde Carter, and was a resident of Beaumont since 1989.
Survivors include his wife,
Tammie Carter; son, Chris Carter of Beaumont; mother, Alice Carter; and numerous brothers and sisters.
He is preceded in death by his father.
A graveside service for Mr. Carter was at 2 p.m. on Dec. 4 at Oak Grove Cemetery, 115
Oak Grove Road in Hornbeck, under the direction of Broussard’s Funeral Home, located at 1605 North Major Drive in Beaumont.
