Graveside services for James Marvin Bruyninckx, 86, of Anacoco, will be held at 2 p.m. on July 8 at Union Grove Cemetery, in Slagle with Rev. Scotty McDowell officiating. Services are under the direction of Labby Memorial Funeral Home of
Leesville.
Visitation will be held from 5-9 p.m. on July 7 at the funeral home.
James, the son of Frank Nicholas and Esther Tucker Bruyninckx, was born on Oct. 13, 1925, in Alexandria. He passed away on July 5, 2012, at Rapides
Regional Hospital in Alexandria.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 51 years, Jessie Cleo Williams Bruyninck.
He is survived by his daughters, Faye Bruyninckx and husband David of Cotile Lake, and Terry McDowell and husband
Scott of Jena; sons, Frank Bruyninckx of Alexandria and James Bruyninckx and wife Karen of Colombia; nine grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren..
