Harold Wayne Jeane

Funeral services for Harold “Wayne” Jeane, 73, of Anacoco will be held at 2
p.m. on Feb. 20 at Crystal Springs Baptist Church with Bro. John Kautz and Bro. J.R. Haymon officiating, with the burial to follow in the Mitchell Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Labby Memorial Funeral Home of Leesville.
Visitation will be held from 6 p.m. on Feb. 18 until the time of service Feb. 20 in the church.
Wayne, the son of Joseph H. and Hazel Wingate Jeane, was born on Jan. 18, 1939, in Leesville. He passed away on Feb. 17, 2012, in
Alexandria. Mr. Jeane loved being outdoors, either hunting, fishing, or cutting grass or firewood. He enjoyed riding his four-wheeler with his grandkids. He loved spending time with the Lord and his family.
He was preceded in death by his
parents and brother, Walter Jeane.
Wayne is survived by his wife, Catherine Jeane; sons, Timmy and Kim Jeane, Randy Jeane, Allen Dewayne and Joyce Jeane, and Joey Jeane, all of Anacoco; daughter, Sandy and Greg Cruz, of Anacoco; brother,
Don Jeane of Pickering; sisters, Peggy Firestine of Missouri, Margie Bowen of Pickering, Linda Garman of Pickering, Joyce Serhan of Colorado and Marsha Ivester of Missouri; 14 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
