James Patrick Cooley

Services for James “Patrick” Cooley, 22, of Leesville, who passed away on Feb. 3, 2012 in Ruston, will be held at 11 a.m. on Feb. 6 at Laird Funeral Home Chapel in Natchez, Miss. with Father Paul Kunnumpuram officiating. Burial will
follow at the Greenlawn Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Laird Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 4-7 p.m. on Feb. 5 at the funeral home.
Mr. Cooley was born on Feb. 2, 1990 in Natchez, the son of Henry A. “Hank”
Cooley, Jr. and Hilary Lynne McCall Cooley. Patrick was an honor graduate of Leesville High School and a proud member of Sigma Phi fraternity at Louisiana Tech in Ruston. He touched so many lives in short life and he will be missed forever. He was
preceded in death by his grandfather Henry Cooley, Sr.
He is survived by his parents, Henry “Hank” Cooley and Hilary McCall Cooley of Leesville; brothers, Trey Cooley, Tyler Cooley and Kristopher Cooley, all of Leesville; sister, Madi
Cooley of Leesville; grandmothers, Louise Cooley of Jena and Nancy McCall of Marksville; grandfather, Jimmy McCall of Alexandria; uncles, James McCall of Marksville, Bernie and Shannon Cooley of Jena, and David and Renee’ Cooley of Vidalia; and
cousins, Katie Cooley, Ashie Cooley, Sam Cooley, Matt Cooley and Ainsley McCall.
Pallbearers will include Franklin Bernard Cooley, David Cooley, James McCall, Billy Ray Farmer and Ronald Slayton. Honorary pallbearers will be from the
Sigma Phi fraternity.
