Funeral services for Ashley Nicole Brown Sagram of Anacoco will be held at
2 p.m. on Jan. 22 at East Leesville Baptist Church with Rev. Gil Arthur officiating. Visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m. on Jan. 21 at Labby Memorial Funeral Home in Leesville. Services are under the direction of Labby Memorial Funeral Home.
Ashley, the daughter of Michael Ray Brown and Kellie Harris Brown, was born on April 2, 1986, in Peoria, Ill. She passed away on Jan. 17, 2012, at her residence in Anacoco.
Ashley was a graduate of Washington High School in
Washington, Ill. and a graduate of cosmetology school. She was a member of East Leesville Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Greg Sagram; daughter, Sophia Ray Sagram, both of Anacoco; her mother, Kellie Brown of Anacoco;
biological father, Steven Robinson of Pekin, Ill.; brother, Charles Robinson of Pekin, Ill.; sister, Katrina Fay Spears of Chicago; great-grandmother, Cleo Lockard of Peoria, Ill.; and two aunts, Tracy Mitzelfelt of Fort Riley, Kan. and Jacqueline
Iverson, who helped raise Ashley, of Washington, Ill.
She was preceded in death by her adoptive father, Michael Brown, and maternal and paternal grandparents.
Memorial donations may be made to the education fund for Ashley’s
daughter, Sophia Ray Sagram at Barksdale Federal Credit Union.
