Wanda Gaye Clear

Funeral services for Mrs. Wanda Gaye Clear will be at 11 a.m. on Dec. 20 in the Rush Chapel in Pitkin. Interment will follow at the Holly Springs Cemetery in Fullerton under the direction of Rush Funeral Home of Pitkin.
Mrs.
Clear, 73, of Pitkin, entered eternal rest on Saturday, Dec. 17, 2011 in Rapides Regional Medical Center in Alexandria.
Wanda was a huge fan of Pitkin Tigers athletics.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Clear and
her mother, Emily Powell.
Those left to mourn her loss and cherish her memory include four sons, Charles Clear and his wife, Hanh of Moore, Okla., Paul Clear and his wife, Ida of Pitkin, Michael Clear and his wife, Cheryl of Beaumont,
Texas and Danny Clear and his wife, Becky of Pineville; one daughter, Sharon Vercher and her husband, Bobby of Pitkin; one sister, Lynne Massey of Pitkin; 18 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; one nephew, Ricky Massey of Round Rock, Texas and one
niece, Teena Wharton and her husband, Chris of Oakdale.
Visitation will be held from 5-9 p.m. on Dec. 19 and from 8-11 a.m. on Dec. 20 at Rush Memorial Funeral Home at Pitkin.
