May Harvey, 97, of Evans, passed away Monday, Nov. 14, 2011 in Merryville.

Visitation is from 5-9 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 16 at Myers Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder. Services are at 11 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 17 at Galilee Baptist Church in Evans with Rev. Clint Hines officiating. Interment will follow at Evans
Cemetery.
May and her late husband Quinton were the longtime owners of the West Point Conoco Station in Sulphur. Survivors include her sister, Ruby L. Head of Merryville; two grandchildren, Bill Thomason and wife Marsha of Phoenix, Ariz.
and Gaye Donahoe and husband Michael of Collierville, Tenn.; five great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren; three nieces, Linda Snipes, Sarah Feldes and Eloise Carmen; and one nephew, Richard Head.
