Steven Ray Jones, 57, of New Llano, passed away on Oct. 28, 2011.
Steven was born in Germany on May 5, 1954. He was a volunteer police officer for the New Llano Police Department where he served his community for many years.
Steven was also a very successful business owner in the area. He loved to hunt and fish and was a good friend to all. He was a devoted father who is loved and cherished by his family. We love you, daddy.
Steven was preceded in death by
his parents, Marvin David and Violet Jones; brother, David Jones; son, Edward Jones; and niece, Christinia Jones.
Steven is survived by his loving daughters, Sarah Beth Cooley and husband Larry of Many, and Rosalie Violet Dison and
Husband Curtis of Destin, Fla.; son, Steven Ray Jones of Leesville; and grandchildren, David Ethan Jones, Marlee Elizabeth Cooley and Curtis Lawrence Dison.
Visitation will be held at Hixson Funeral Home in Leesville on Oct. 31 from 4-8
p.m. Graveside services will be held at the Machselah Cemetary in Mount Sterling, Ky.
