CODY JENSEN and JADEN DANAE’ MARSHALL

Funeral services for Cody Jensen Marshall, 17 and Jaden Danae’ Marshall, 9, both of Leesville,
will be held at 3 p.m. Sept. 8, 2011, at the First United Pentecostal Church in Leesville with Rev. Danny George, Rev. Louis Magee, Rev. Mark Christian and Rev. Amos Ezell officiating. Burial will follow in the Castor Cemetery in Leesville under the
direction of Labby Memorial Funeral Home of Leesville.

Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. Sept. 7, 2011, until time of service in the church Sept. 8.

Cody was born on Aug, 21, 1994, in Angleton, Texas.
He passed away on Tuesday, Sept. 6, 2011. He was an active member of Anacoco First Baptist Church and a Junior at Hicks High School. Cody truly enjoyed being with his family, and he especially doted on and watched over his Nae Nae. Cody enjoyed the
woods and the outdoors and was an avid hunter and fisherman. One of his favorite ways to spend a Sunday afternoon was watching the Dallas Cowboys. He also enjoyed playing basketball and bowling, and he was very much looking forward to being a member
of Hicks Pirate Basketball team.

Jaden, “Nae Nae” was born on Aug. 2, 2002, in Leesville. She passed away on Sept. 6, 2011. She was an active member of Anacoco First Baptist Church. She was in the fourth grade at Hicks
Elementary School. She was very excited to have her Aunt B as her teacher this year. Jaden loved going to church and being with her family. The other love of her life was her dance. She attended Academy FTK, and her teacher was Ms. Kim.

Cody and Jaden were preceded in death by their grandparents, Doug and Dianne Marshall and Jessie E. Buck Ned Woodham. Cody was also preceded in death by his mother, Carola Yoakum.

Cody and Jaden are survived by
their parents, Bubba and Tina Marshall of Leesville; sisters, Brittany Draughn of Leesville and Casey Wheeler of Leesville; grandparents, Clayton and Linda Brister of Seiper, Wayne and Vickie Woodham of Leesville, Lucille Woodham of Leesville and
Judy Marshall of Anacoco and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.

Cody is also survived by his brother, Brandon Lee Booth of Brazoria, Texas and grandparents, Edna and Mark Varner of Brazoria, Texas.

Memorial donations may be made to the Hicks High School Athletic Department or Library.
