Mr. Eulis L. Willis Sr., 83, a life-long resident of the Leesville area, a
World War II veteran and retired carpenter and air conditioning repairman passed away on Saturday, May 28, 2011, in Leesville. He was born on January 9, 1928, to Barney and Flora Whittengburg Willis and was preceded in death by his parents and
brothers.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, May 31, 2011 in the Chapel of Labby Memorial Funeral Home of Leesville with Rev. Wesley Jackson officiating. Visitation was held at 5 p.m. Monday, May 30, 2011, at at Labby
Memorial.
Mr. Willis is survived by his wife of 63 years, Doris Seeley Willis of Leesville; two sons, Leroy Willis and wife Ok Chu of Leesville and Dr. David Willis and wife Sue of Henderson, Texas; one daughter, Melody Luedke and husband
Terry of Oklahoma City, Okla.; one sister, Martha Sanders of Nacogdoches, Texas; 14 grandchildren; and 14 great grandchildren.
