Gerda Gent 73, of Leesville, passed from this life on Sunday May 15, 2011.

Survivors include son, Claude K. Gent, Jr. (Denise) of Leesville; daughter, Janet Brown (Joe) of Leesville; brother: Gunter Class (Rinata) of Ulm, Germany; grandchildren: Heather Brown, Carson Brown, Bridgette Gent and Thomas Gent; and
eight great grandchildren.
Mrs. Gent was preceded in death by her husband Claude Gent Sr.
Visitation will be held from 5-7 p.m. Wednesday, May 18, 2011, at Hixson Funeral Home, Leesville.
