Funeral services for Johnny Jeane, 60, of Leesville, will be held at 2 p.m.
Wednesday, March 9, 2011, at Labby Memorial Funeral Home in Leesville with the Bro. James Herrington officiating. Burial will follow in the Canaan Cemetery in Leesville, under the direction of Labby Memorial Funeral Home of Leesville.
Visitation will be held from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m., today, Tuesday, March 8, 2011, and on Wednesday, March 9 from 8 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.
Johnny, the son of Willie C. Jeane Sr., and Jessie Scott Jeane was born
on December 28, 1950, in Newton, Texas. He passed away on March 6, 2011, at Terrebonne General Hospital in Houma. He was a lifelong resident of Vernon Parish and worked in the logging industry. He was an Evans High School graduate and an avid NASCAR
fan. Other hobbies included fishing and bowling.
He is survived by his son, Jake and Tiffany Jeane of Leesville; daughter, Joni Jeane of Owensboro, Ky.; brothers, Billy and Carolyn Jeane of Leesville, Donald Wayne and Becky Jeane of
Leesville, Jimmie and Renee Jeane of Leesville, Bobby and Maggie Jeane of Sarasota, Fla. and Floyd Jeane of Leesville; sisters, Carol Ann and Bo Paddy of Leesville and Dianna and Donald Paddy of Leesville; and two grandchildren, KayLee and Benjamin
Jeane.
