Ann C. Hollenbeck

Ann C. Hollenbeck, 71, of Hot Springs, Ark. died Saturday, February 19 2011. She was a loving, dedicated wife, mother and grandmother. Ann was the daughter of Sidney and Ann Campbell.
Survivors include her husband of 51 years,
James H. Hollenbeck; two daughters, Sidna H. Ford and Dianna H. Smith; and four grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her son, Jay Hollenbeck.
She was a graduate of Northwestern State University in
Nachitoches, where she was a member of Sigma Sigma Sigma sorority, and Sweetheart of the Tau Kappa Epsilon fraternity. Ann was a long-time resident of Leesville, where she was a homemaker and business woman. She also served as a volunteer for Girl
Scouts and other civic organizations for many years.
After moving to Hot Springs in 1997, she joined the Women’s Welcome Club, where she held various offices, including president. She also chaired E.R. Toys, a program sponsored by the
Women’s Welcome Club. She was a member and officer at the Hot Springs Bridge House. She volunteered and was a benefactress of Garvan Woodland Gardens. She enjoyed cooking, sewing, reading, traveling, and entertaining with family and friends.
