Memorial services for Terry Green, 69, of Leesville will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, January 23, 2011 at the Anacoco Church of God Sabbath Keeping, 4472 Port Arthur, Anacoco, with Rev. Wynn Skelton. The service is under the direction of
Labby Memorial Funeral Home of Leesville.
Terry, the son of Henry and Irene Jett Green, was born on November 26, 1941, in Hornbeck. He passed away on Thursday, January 20, 2011 at the Rapides Regional Hospital in Alexandria.
Terry was a worker for Qubic in roll play; he was a retired truck driver and a US Army veteran.
He is survived by his wife of 17 years, Ida Green of Leesville; sons, Henry “Hank” Green of Dry Creek and Russell Green of Dallas, Texas;
stepsons, William Myers, Johnny Phillips and Ricky Phillips all of Leesville; daughters, Terisa Herrmann of Richardson, Texas, Lola Ravey and Charnita Forrester both of Dallas, Texas; Stepdaughters, Beverly Hanson of DeRidder, Charlotte Fowler of
West Virginia, Judy McGee of Leesville, Julie Blanco of Colorado Springs, Colo. and Christina Culpepper of Leesville; brother, Jerry Green of Hornbeck; 20 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
