Norma Ruth Mohr, 80, of Sugar Land, Texas, and a former longtime resident of Leesville, passed away Thursday, December 23, 2010. She was born October 11, 1930, in Warsaw, Ind., to Lester and Ruth Clay Brown.
Mrs. Mohr was
preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Sgt. Maj. (Ret) Robert F. Mohr. She is survived by daughter, Stephanie Strickland of Sugar Land, Texas, and daughter, Cynthia Hayes of Benton, Mo.; three grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m., Thursday, December 30, 2010, at Houston National Cemetery, 10410 Veterans Memorial Drive, Houston, Texas. A Memorial service will follow at 12:30 p.m., at Christ United Methodist Church, 3300 Austin
Parkway, Sugar Land, Texas.
