Funerals services for Len Musick, 70, of DeBerry will be held at 10 a.m.,
Thursday September 30, 2010 at St. Lawrence Catholic Church in Waskom, Texas with Rev. Joby Thomas officiating. Entombment will follow in Colonial Gardens Cemetery in Marshall, Texa. Visitation will be held from 6-7 p.m. with rosary at 7 p.m.,
Wednesday, September 29, 2010 at the funeral home. Mr. Musick passed away Monday September 27, 2010 in Louisiana.
Len Musick was born January 21, 1940 in St. Louis, Mo. to Leonard Charles Musick and Dolly Bricker Musick. On February 04,
1967 he married Janet Stutler. Mr. Musick was a member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church in Waskom and worked in Human Resources for Commercial National Bank in Shreveport for 14 years. He then for 14 years worked as general manager for Hodges Gardens.
After the State of Louisiana purchased it, Len also worked for five years for Hodges Foundation managing timber. He also served his country in the U.S. Army in Special Forces in Vietnam.
Surviving Len are his wife of 43 years, Janet
Stutler Musick, of DeBerry, Texas; daughter, Jennifer Musick Kiser and her husband Lt. Col James Dale Kiser, of Ocean Springs, Miss.; four grandchildren, Cole Andrew Kiser, Reagan Nicole Kiser, Payton Dayle Kiser and Morgan Jamie Kiser, all of Ocean
Springs, Miss.; brother-in-law, Francis Stevich; nephew, Michael Stevich and niece, Christy Stevich, all of St. Louis, Mo..
Serving as pallbearers will be Floyd Parker, Benny Gasper, Prentise Hay, Howard Page, Tom O’Connor and John
Forcade.
