Funeral services for Wilmer Leon Bolgiano, 89, of Leesville, will be held
at 10 a.m. Friday, September 24, 2010 at Labby Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Leesville with the Bro. Andy Addison officiating. Burial will follow in the Silver Creek Cemetery in Leesville, under the direction of Labby Memorial Funeral Home of
Leesville.
Visitation will be held from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m., Thursday, September 23, 2010 and on Friday, from 8 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home.
Wilmer, the son of Lewis Leon and Betty McBride Bolgiano was born
January 15, 1921, in Leesville. He passed away on Tuesday, September 21, 2010 in Lafayette. He was born and raised in Leesville. He was a Member of the CC Corp for two years; joined the US Army Air Corp in 1941; served in World War II Pacific
Theater. He retired from Texaco Refinery after 36 years of service.
He is survived by his sons, Curtis Dean Bolgiano of Leesville, Clifton Leon Bolgiano of Lafayette and Grayson Lynn Bolgiano of Youngsville; daughters, Una Joyce Coulter
of Orlando, Fla. and Pamela Rae Bartlett of Lafayette; brother, Loye Bolgiano of Leesville; sisters, Pauline Scoggins of Texas, Janelle Milstead of Leesville and Janice Gibson of Leesville; 16 grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
