Julia “Judy” E. Coates, 71, of Albuquerque, N.M., passed from this life into eternity on July 25, 2010, at her home after a lengthy illness.
A native of Hillsboro, Texas, she had lived most of her adult life in New Mexico,
making a home for her children that were the joy of her life.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Jerry Killian and Jodi Keever of Albuquerque, and Steven Coates and wife Beth, of Fort Worth, Texas; her grandchildren, Savannah
Keever, Justin Edlinger and Ethan Ware; her sisters, Barbara McFarlin and husband Hulen of Rockwall, Texas, Glenda Berube, Trina Haymon and husband Harvey of Leesville; her brother, Freddie Taylor of Leesville; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and
friends.
Her wonderful sense of humor, infectious laughter and love for her family will be greatly missed by all.
