Funeral services for Frank H. “Bud” Coleman, Sr., 74, of Leesville will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, June 26, 2010 at Rivers Of Living Water in Leesville with Rev. Carl Clark officiating. Burial will follow in the Leesville Memorial
Cemetery in Leesville, under the direction of Labby Memorial Funeral Home of Leesville.
Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until time of service, Saturday, June 26 at the church.
Frank, the son of James and Rhoda Rucker
Coleman, was born on February 27, 1936, in Big Bend. He passed away on Friday, June 18, 2010, at Byrd Regional Hospital in Leesville.
He is survived by his wife Merline Coleman of Leesville; a very special friend, Susie Hickman of
Leesville; four daughters, Diane Johnson of Leesville, Theresa Coleman of Leesville, Janice Woods of Alexandria and Delores Thomas of Leesville; three sons, Frank H. Coleman, Jr., of Leesville, Charles Johnson of Houston, Texas and Gary Woods of
Alexandria; two brothers, Leon Coleman (Mary) of Los Angles, Calif. and James Coleman (Denise), Jr., of Chicago, Ill.; five sisters, Rosemary Ennis of Long Beach, Calif., Lucille Joseph of Simmsport, Pearl Thornton of Alexandria, Mary Riley of
Mansura and Alice Coleman of Moreauville; 23 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; daughters-in-law, Ireatha Coleman Anderson and Alberta Williams Coleman; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
He was preceded in death by his
brothers, Joseph Coleman and Rosvelt Coleman; sister, Helen Ballard and son, Willie D. Coleman.
