CALVIN “BILLY” WILLIAMS

Funeral services for Calvin “Billy” Williams, 67, of Leesville will be held Saturday, May 15, 2010 at 1
p.m. at Johnson Temple C.O.G.I.C. in Leesville, with Pastor Harris and Rev. Maurice Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in the Leesville Memorial Cemetery in Leesville. Visitations will be held Saturday, May 15, from 11 a.m. until time of service
at the church. Services are under the direction of the Labby Memorial Funeral Home.
Bro. Calvin Williams was born July 29, 1942 in Desoto Parish. As a child, Calvin attended Union Springs Baptist Church where he was baptized at an
early age under the leadership of Rev. J. J. Jones. In his later years, he worshipped at Wayside Temple C.O.G.I.C. under the leadership of Rev. Harris.
On May 6, 2010 Bro. Calvin Williams was called to be with his heavenly father. He
has now joined God’s Army where he will be meeting his wife, Lottie Williams, his parents, three brothers, two sisters and his son, Anthony E. Williams at Heaven’s door. He will be dearly missed.
He is survived by his four daughters,
Alice (Micheal) Ford, Monica (CL) Trule, Jessie Williams, all of Dallas, Texas, and Carolyn (Gregory Johnson) Williams of Leesville; five sons, Calvin (Angela) Williams of Dallas, Texas, Tommy Lee (Tammy) Williams and Ray B. Williams, both of
Leesville, Robert Lee Williams (Tamekia) of Lakeland, Fla. and Charles Ray (Dionna) Williams of Ariz.; one step-daughter, Jackie Maxie; two step-sons, Marshal and Robert of Many; twenty-one grandkids; five great grandkids; four step grandkids; three
brothers, Matt (Brenda) Williams and William Williams, both of Leesville and Henry (Norma) Marsh of Dallas, Texas; three sisters, Mammie Hanyes of Leesville, Winnie (Jesse) Kelly and Joann (Jerry) Samuels of Mansfield; three special people, Yolanda
Holmes, Cornell Davis and Curtis Williams, and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
