Virginia Davis Maines, 67 of Florien, died on Monday, May 3, 2010 at Sabine Medical Center in Many.

She was born on April 26, 1943 in Leesville.
She retired from Boise, Inc. with over 40 years of loyal service.
She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Maines of Florien; one daughter, Lisa Maines
McCleary and husband Brett of Bossier City; one son, Lynn Maines of Florien; one sister, Darlene Collins and husband Lyndon of Deridder; three grandchildren, Brtittney, Emily and Caleb McCleary and several nieces and nephews along with a host of
friends.
Pallbearers will be Jon Collins, Louis Hopkins, Jeremy Collins, Tim Weldon, Ken Hutsell and Stephen Wysatta.
A funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church with Rev. Vernon
Stephenson, Rev. Bill Hines and Rev. Wayne Chance officiating. Interment will follow at Mt.Carmel Cemetery in Florien.
The family will receive friends beginning at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, May 5, 2010 at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Mt. Carmel music fund in memory of Virginia Maines.
