Shirley Ann Filla, 63, of Needville, Texas passed away Friday, February 19, 2010 in her home after
courageously fighting cancer for many months.?Shirley was born January 19, 1947 in Leesville to the late Vernon and Rosabell Herring.
Shirley is survived by her husband of 35 years, Danny Filla; her daughter, Stacey Filla; her son,
Jeff Filla and wife, Sarah; her granddaughter, Ellye Filla and grandson, Jude Maxwell Filla along with numerous friends and family members in both Texas and Louisiana.
Pallbearers will include Allen Filla, Allen Kucera, Mark Filla,
Glenn Scattergood, Lou McDonald and Joey Rowe.
Shirley deeply loved to spend time with her children and grandchildren, and enjoyed all the friends she made at Bechtel, where she was employed for over 20 years.

Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, February 23, 2010 in the Chapel of Davis-Greenlawn Funeral Home in Rosenberg.?Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., Wednesday, February 24, 2010 in the Chapel of
