Funeral services for Nina Faye Whitaker, 68, of Leesville, will be held
Saturday, February 6, 2010 at 10 a.m. at the Forest Lawn Cemetery in Leesville with Rev. Bill Wilson officiating. Visitation will be Friday, February 5, 2010, from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Labby Memorial Funeral Home.
Mrs. Whitaker was
born on October 18, 1941 in Hope, Ark. She passed away on Tuesday, February 2, 2010, at Memorial Hermann Baptist Hospital in Beaumont, Texas. She was a loving and caring wife, mother and grandmother.
She is preceded in death by her
two brothers, one sister, parents, husband, Troy Whitaker, and daughter Carol Whitaker.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Col. David and Karen Whitaker of Carlisle, Pa.; daughter and son-in-law, Teresa and Thomas Pendino
of Brookeland, Texas; brother, Rev. Bill Wilson of Texarkana, Texas; and six grandsons, Christopher, Lane, Jace, Josh, Jeramy and Brandon.
