Graveside services for Mrs. Elizabeth Jean Johnson will be at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, January 19, 2010 in Marlow Baptist Church with Reverend Hardy Estes officiating. Interment will
follow in Marlow Cemetery under the direction of Rush Funeral Home in Oakdale.
Mrs. Johnson, 67, of Pitkin entered eternal rest on Sunday, January 17, 2010 in Dubuis Hospital of Alexandria.
She was preceded in death by
her husband, Parvin Johnson.
Those left to mourn her loss and cherish her memory include one son, Geneo Johnson of Pitkin; two daughters, Annette Johnson and her husband Lance, and Francis Johnson and her husband Harlan, all of Pitkin;
three brothers, Eli Strother and Joe Strother, both of Oakdale, and Jimmy Strother of Pitkin; seven grandchildren, Charles Johnson, Carrie Johnson, Clye Johnson, Clay Johnson, Amy Carroll, Jamie Carroll and Ryan Johnson and thirteen great
grandchildren.
Friends may call at Marlow Baptist Church on Monday, January 18, 2009 from 10 a.m. until time of service on Tuesday, January 19, 2010 at 2 p.m.
