Martha M. Norris, 70, passed from this life on Saturday, December 26, 2009 in Leesville.
Visitation was held at Hixson Funeral Home on Sunday, December 27, 2009 beginning at 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. and Monday, December 28,
2009, 9 a.m. until the time of the service at 2 p.m. at Hixson Funeral Home of Leesville. Services were held on Monday, December 28, 2009, 2 p.m. at Hixson Funeral Home. Officiating were the Revs. John Harry, Robert Jordan and Paul Eaves. Burial
followed at Pine Island Cemetery.
Survivors include her loving husband of 56 years, Alton Norris of Anacoco; son, William O. Norris, Sr. and wife Rhonda of Georgetown; daughter, Alice Obanion and husband Mike and Mamie Chouest and
husband Tommy all of Leesville; mother, Mary Martha Eddlemon; sisters, Alice Duncan and husband Alva and Marjorie Decker and husband Bill all of Leesville; 9 grandchildren, William Norris and wife Connie, Amber Holt and husband Marcus, Tab Power and
wife Leah, Timothy Norris and wife Laura, Wesley Norris and wife Ashley, Jackie Norris, Michael Obanion and wife Jessica, Astin Wilson and husband Ted, Patrick Power and wife Amber; great grandchildren, Shelby Martin, Kourtney Norris, Aaron and Kadee
Norris, Kylee Cook, Landry and Maycee Holt, Brooke, Madison, Kelly and Jacob Norris, Seth and Kadence Norris, Kaden and Kaleb Obanion, Allie and Kynlin Wilson, Zachary and Haley Obanion, Pat Pat Power. She was preceded in death by her father William
Murphy Eddlemon.
