Funeral services for Jessie Brown Frisby, 88, of Anacoco, will be held Friday, January 1, 2010 at 10 a.m. in the Labby Memorial Funeral Home in Leesville, with Rev. Morris Goins officiating. Visitation will be Thursday, December 31 from 5
p.m. until 9 p.m. at Labby Memorial Funeral Home in Leesville.Burial will follow in the Holly Grove Cemetery in Anacoco. Services are under the direction of the Labby Memorial Funeral Home in Leesville.
Mrs. Frisby, the daughter of
John A. and Lula Dickerson Brown, was born on October 24, 1921 in Pickering. She passed away on Monday, December 28, 2009 at Byrd Regional Hospital in Leesville. She was a homemaker living most of her life in Houston, Texas before returning to
Anacoco in 1967.
She is survived by her husband Oscar L. Frisby of Anacoco; son Oscar W. Frisby of Anacoco; two grandchildren and two step grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her son Douglas Arnold
Frisby.
