Funeral services for Eloise Wilson Arthur, age 83, of Leesville will be held Tuesday, December 1 at 2
p.m. in the First Baptist Church of Hornbeck with Rev. Bill Hines officiating. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until service time on December 1. Burial will follow at Pisgah Cemetery in Hornbeck. Services are under the direction of the Labby Memorial
Funeral Home in Leesville.
Mrs. Arthur, the daughter of Elijah and Serenthia Chance Wilson, was born on November 24, 1926 in Toro. She passed away on Monday, November 30, 2009 at Byrd Regional Hospital in Leesville.
She
is survived by sons Michael Arthur of Shreveport and Dwayne Arthur of Minden; brothers Troy and wife Bonnie Wilson of Lake Charles, W.L. “Bill” and wife Dot Wilson of Hornbeck and Kenneth and wife Susie of Sour Lake, Texas; sisters Mattie Browning of
Dodson and Sandra Owers of Hornbeck; four grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
