Memorial services for Mr. Jerry E. Light, 71, of Leesville will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, November 8, 2009 at the East Leesville Baptist Church in Leesville.
Mr. Light passed away on Monday, November 2, 2009 in the Byrd
Regional Hospital in Leesville. Mr. Light worked for many years as a LPN. He served in the United States Army and was currently employed with role play at Fort Polk.
He is survived by his wife of almost 40 years Barbara Light of
Leesville; Son, Jerry Ray Light of San Marcus, TX; daughters, Beth Anne Stull (Brian) of DeQuincy, Leanne Miller (Eric) of Leesville, Lorlin Light (stationed in Alaska but currently serving in Iraq), and Kelli Alissa Light; brother, James Doyle Light
(Mary) of Kingsport, TN.; brother and sisters in law, Michael and Sandy Flatt, and Anne Flatt all of Leesville and one grandson, Alexzander Stull of DeQuincy.
Mr. Light was preceded in death by his parents, Calvin A. and Clara
Ledbetter Light.
