Funeral services for Mary Ann Newman, 64, of Leesville will be held at 10 a.m., Wednesday, Sept. 16 at
the Labby Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Leesville. Friends may visit Tuesday, Sept. 15 from 4 p.m. until 9 p.m. Wednesday Sept. 16 from 8 a.m. until service time in the funeral home. Services are under the direction of the Labby Memorial Funeral
Home in Leesville.
Mrs. Newman passed away on Monday, Sept. 14 in Alexandria. She was a homemaker, a member of Canaan Baptist and actively attended the American Legion Bingo. She loved spending time with her family and friends and
had a passion for her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband of 22 years, Jerry Newman and a sister Betty Jo Stanford.
She is survived by her son, Bobby (wife, Christina) Rehak of Needville, Texas; daughters, Diana
(husband, Michael) Zellars of Needville, Texas and Sondra (husband, Joey) Dowden of Leesville; Brother, Larry (wife, Kathy) Vysocky of Alvin Texas and sister, Sandra (Husband Preston) Michulka of Alvin, Texas; grandchildren, Lauren Taylor, Brittny
Taylor, Dakota Dowden, Jared Zellars, Jessica Zellars, Josh Zellars, Jett Zellars and David Massie.
