Jimmy Lukasik

Funeral services for Jimmy Lukasik, 51, of Leesville will be held at 2 p.m, Thursday, August 27, 2009 at
the East Leesville Baptist Church in Leesville. Friends may visit Wednesday, August 26 from noon until 9 p.m. at the funeral home. Services are under the direction of the Labby Memorial Funeral Home in Leesville, Louisiana.
Jimmy
passed away on Wednesday, August 24, 2009 at the LSU Medical Center in Shreveport, LA.
Jimmy was born and raised in Cleveland, TX. He and his family moved to Hicks his junior year of high school after the death of his father. Jimmy
then graduated from Hicks High School and later married his high school sweetheart, Sharon Maddox. He worked in the Oil Field for over 15 years and then worked for Phelps Correctional. Jimmy worked as a Deputy for the Vernon Parish Sheriff’s Office
since January of 2001.
In his free time Jimmy loved to camp, hunt and fish, and he was truly a friend to all. Jimmy was preceded in death his brother Gary Russell Fallis.
He is survived by his wife of 33 years Sharon
Maddox Lukasik of Leesville; son Travis Lukasik (wife, Joana) of Durham, NC; daughter Amanda Lukasik of Leesville; brother, Larry (wife, Gail) Fallis of Dibol, TX; sister, Terry (husband, Johnny) Reed of Leesville and his granddaughter, Sofia
Lukasik.
